Our association makes efforts to ensure that our friends within the organization participate in the trained workforce and create different social environments and experience this atmosphere.

Our friends are provided with vocational training in the workshops we have established, and they are trained as qualified personnel and managers for the future. Thus, our friends who do not have the opportunity to have a profession or who no longer have the chance to practice their current profession are trained by experienced trainers in fully equipped training workshops and prepared as an added value to the society, and are able to meet their own needs individually in terms of social and economic aspects, which are among our main principles.

Our aim is to maximize the current skill potential of our friends in our projects that will be completed and implemented after the planning stages are completed. It is to visually reveal these skills within a discipline by providing the opportunities and to transform the life offered to us into common living spaces with disabled individuals.
